8. 2025/2026 Fees

A $95 non-refundable Annual Registration Fee and one (1) month’s Deposit is due at the time of registration. This deposit covers the fee for the last month of preschool, and you will not be charged in June 2026.

Costs per class ($CAD) are as follows: 

NOTE: Full monthly fees will be charged for months that include Winter Break (in December) and Spring Break (in March), as well as for months with Pro-D Days and canceled days due to Inclement Weather. 

• 1 Class/week - $116 per month 

• 2 Classes/week - $232 per month 

• 3 Classes/week - $338 per month 

• 4 Classes/week - $444 per month 

• 5 Classes/week - $545 per month 

• 6 classes/week - $646 per month 

• 7 classes/week - $742 per month 

• 8 classes/week - $848 per month 

• 9 classes/week - $954 per month

Advanced Outdoor Program Pick up from Bayview Preschool - $25 per month (Plus Class Fee)

Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) 

Effective from September 2023, the fees for the Preschool program will be reduced by the below amount that pertains to the care you have enrolled for. This reduction applies exclusively to the Preschool and STEAM programs and does not extend to the Nature program. 

Parent fee reduction amounts are prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Child Care and are based on the type of care. Your monthly fee has been reduced by the following amount based on the number of days you are enrolled in the Preschool or STEAM programs.  

• 2 Preschool/ STEAM Classes - $38 

• 3 Preschool/STEAM Classes - $57 

• 4 Preschool / STEAM Classes - $76 

• 5 Preschool/STEAM Classes - $95 

Method of Payment 

For automatic withdrawal, Bayview uses the secure online payment platform Plooto to withdraw monthly fees from your debit account at the beginning of every month. You will receive an email on how to sign up at the time of registration.
