19. Attendance

Notice of Absences 

If your child is going to be absent, please inform their teachers via the Procare app, by phone or email. 

Authorized Pick-up People 

Children will only be released to their parent/guardian unless the preschool has written permission to let the child go home with someone else. NO CHILD will be allowed to leave with another person, even a relative or babysitter, unless the preschool has written permission, or that person is listed on the child’s emergency card in our files. Therefore, it is imperative that this information is kept up-to-date. You can update this information at any time through the ProCare App.  

Custody and Court-Related Orders 

If a custody or court order exists within a family, a copy of the order should be given to the Bayview Staff and instructions therein to be followed at all times. Families need to inform Bayview Staff of all custody and court order changes.
